Birin Winery, the first winery in the Vodice area, is owned by the Birin family, who have been cultivating vineyards for generations. The vineyards, located in nearby fields, feature only indigenous grape varieties of the Šibenik region, such as Debit, Maraština, Plavina, and Babić. Combining modern techniques with traditional methods, the winery produces over 15,000 liters of wine annually. Visitors can enjoy wine tasting in the authentic ambiance of the tasting room, exploring a diverse selection of wines. Birin Winery is where history and quality meet.
