A trail of nature and vineyards – discover the beauty of morinje bay
The trail begins at the railway underpass immediately after the turn off the Šibenik-Boraja road. The entire route is on macadam and wide field roads, the trail is almost completely flat. The only short, gentle climb is at the very beginning, about 100 meters long. The first few kilometers are along the railway, mostly along vineyards and olive groves, to the settlement of Ražine, where 3.4 km before crossing the railway, you turn left towards the Morinj Bay. Here begins a gentle, winding downhill slope, 1 kilometer long. At 4.6 km, you reach the shore of the Morinj Bay, where you turn left, and after a short ride along the coast, after 300 meters you turn left again towards the field. At 5 km, there is a crossroads where you turn right. After 400 meters, you exit again past the bay, which you follow until the end. On this part of the trail, the road is rutted in places, but passable. However, on rainy days you can expect a lot of mud and large puddles on this section. At 7.2km, caution is required because you exit onto the main road to Jadrtovac, which is heavily trafficked. At that point, you need to turn left and after a few hundred meters you will reach the starting point.
